Humans are active beings that need to be in nature and in a continuous moving, but slowly, we moved from the physical work to an intellectual work. And somehow we are more tired than ever.
We keep our minds busy through all manners: movies, video games, TV, newspapers, books, and the little time that we have just with us, we are running from ourselves saying that we got bored or that we are going insane!
We forgot what our mind needs and what to feed our brain with, and so we end up mentally tired, depressed and unhappy.
It doesn’t have to be like that. You know right? You just don’t know what to do, and that’s ok, it’s understandable. We were not taught what to feed our mind with because we were too busy running away in 100 directions and listening to others. And that’s ok too.
We have such a good friend on our side, that helps us manifest everything that we want, and actually, it has helped us manifest anything that we have today. And that is our Mind. But there is a trick, though. The mind needs our attention in order to serve us well. That is called discipline, otherwise, it will become our worst enemy. And there is no one to blame but ourselves.
