What I Eat For Breakfast

As a healthy vegan, I eat mostly fruits in the first part of the day, and I end it with a cooked food and a big salad next to it.

Inspired by the 80-10-10 diet, by Douglas N Graham, which means that 80 percent of your calories intake should come from carbohydrates, 10 percent from proteins and 10 percents from fats, I don’t mind if my carbs intake are 90 percent and the proteins and fats just 10 percent.

In a future article we will be talking about this lifestyle, 80-10-10, and the percentages of fats, proteins, and carbs that a human being is recommended to eat in a day.

  • 300g of frozen cranberries
  • 6-8 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 30g of coconut sugar
